GM E-commerce, Stylo Group · President, PEA · MD, Global Digital Awards
An ecommerce leader, speaker and trainer with more than a decade of building digital-first retail in Pakistan — across fashion, footwear, FMCG, real estate and logistics. Certified by Facebook and Google, and the only Pakistani trained at Alibaba.com at the dawn of ecommerce in the country.
Haider Ahmed Qazi has spent more than ten years inside Pakistan's ecommerce and retail landscape, building online businesses from the ground up and scaling them into category leaders. He currently serves as General Manager of E-commerce at Stylo Group, where he has led the transformation of traditional fashion and footwear retail into a fully digital-first experience.
Beyond Stylo, Haider is President of the Pakistan eCommerce Association (PEA) and Managing Director of the Global Digital Awards (GDA) — where he oversees operational execution, tech infrastructure and stakeholder management. His work bridges the gap between innovation and execution, raising Pakistan's standing in the global digital economy.
He has led ecommerce across FMCG, fashion retail, logistics, start-ups, furniture and home fashion. He holds an M-Phil in ecommerce — with a thesis built on AMOS and SPSS data analysis — and has taught the subject at COMSATS, Bahria and MAJU universities, as well as delivering trainings for KMC, Karachi.
Haider owns the full ecommerce stack end to end — from the strategy and the spend to the systems, the supply chain and the team that runs it.
Re-architecting traditional retail into an online-led business, with growth roadmaps, P&L ownership and measurable targets.
ROI-driven paid media across Meta, Google, YouTube and apps — managing six- and seven-figure budgets to peak ROAS.
Platform builds and migrations across Shopify and Magento, ERP integration, order management systems and online payments.
Unified commerce across web, marketplaces and partners — Daraz, Foodpanda, Bykea and bank collaborations.
AI-driven customer support, personalisation and workflow automation that cut workload while lifting the customer experience.
Moving from agencies to in-house teams, building warehouse SOPs, call centres and delivery solutions at scale.
Each chapter is a business he took online and grew — with the evidence kept in the numbers.
In six months, broke the previous year's targets — a billion-rupee mid-year first for Pakistan's footwear industry. Drove a digital-first relaunch, the brand's first Alibaba B2B order, and a Dubai / GCC market entry delivering 18k Dirhams of orders a week.
Strategic leadership across growth, ecommerce operations, digital marketing, financial planning, website & ERP development, omni-channel distribution, international expansion and AI-driven CX — recognised with a COO award for the ecommerce team's performance.
Led ecommerce and digital transformation for a major real-estate group. Built the website from scratch, drove ERP and online-payment integration, and stood up CRM and reporting for the corporate sales team — generating leads across Dubai, Bahrain, Qatar, Europe, the UK and the USA.
Owned ecommerce across 13+ brands including Moltyfoam, Master Home, Celeste and Durafoam. Turned the P&L bottom line from −16% to +5%, migrated every site to Shopify, built a full in-house team and an OMS, and launched the "Mattress in a Box" — the group's second-highest selling product. Named Best Ecommerce Brand of the Year 2023.
Ran $330k+ quarterly online budgets across the IDEAS product lines, delivering 100%+ net growth. His work was published by Facebook as a global Business Success Story, and earned a $70,000 Facebook performance incentive — peaking at 27–45 ROAS and 318 million impressions in a single quarter.
Built the ecommerce department from the ground up — replatforming from PrestaShop toward Shopify / Magento 2, integrating payment partners, and standing up performance marketing, SEO, the call centre, warehouse SOPs and an instant-delivery solution.
Beyond running ecommerce businesses, Haider trains the next generation of operators and helps lead the institutions shaping Pakistan's digital economy.
